Really important information

To make sure that your visit to Keith Tulloch Wine is as enjoyable as possible whilst maintaining the highest possible standards of hygiene and safety for you and our staff, we are introducing the following policies and procedures. Please ensure that you have read these prior to your visit and please refer back to this page just before your booking to ensure things have not changed.

Pre-paid bookings are essential.

To allow us time to clean and sanitise areas in between tastings, we will be limiting tastings to set start times, with a duration of no more than 60 minutes.

We ask that guests please arrive on time for your booking, if you are more than 20mins late we won’t be able to accommodate additional time spent on your experience. If you are running late, please contact us on 4998 7500 so we can assess the situation and make alternative arrangements where necessary.

In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours or no-show you will not be refunded.

We will also be using disposable items wherever possible and accepting only contactless payments.
At all times we ask that you maintain a 1.5 m gap from any other visitors before, during or after your tasting.
