When you visit our tasting lounge you will be offered both the Standard and Premium wine lists, to select your own custom tasting of 6 wines to taste. You will then be guided to a table inside or outside overlooking our vineyards, to take in the wines and the atmosphere at your own pace. All selected 6 wines will be placed in front of you to taste at your own pace and our team will answer any questions you may have - or leave you to it if you'd prefer to be left alone. 

We celebrate the diversity of vineyard and varieties within the Hunter Valley, hand making our wines in a range of styles in our on-site winery, that can't be purchased from mainstream bottle shops or online retailers.
