Semillon on arrival, Chardonnay next to Viognier, Tawarri Vineyard with The Kester Shiraz, and finishing with our limited release Botrytis Semillon - all matched to a custom three-course lunch, in one of our favourite local family restaurants.
For on Saturday 5th September at 12pm, that seat could be yours. Keith will be introducing each bracket, Thom will be introducing each course, and Spring in the Hunter Valley will be doing the rest.
